Jim Miller founded Miller Irrigation & Landscape Lighting in 2000. He has over 35 years of experience in the irrigation industry. He began his career with ten years tenure at a well-regarded residential/commercial irrigation firm where he learned the business from the ground up. He spent the next several years on the distributor side of the business employed as the Toro Irrigation specification rep for Virginia Turf (now Smith Turf and Irrigation), where he received The Toro Company's national "Salesperson of the Year" award.
Prior to founding Miller Irrigation in 2000, Jim obtained certifications as a Certified Irrigation Contractor (CIC) and Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor (CLIA) from the National Irrigation Association.
In addition to his more practical, hands-on experience, Jim has taught residential installation classes for the Toro Company at their annual Toro University. He has also been a guest speaker for Henrico County Extension Service, Professional Grounds Management Society, and the Virginia Nurseryman's Association where he has lectured on topics such as irrigation design and soil and water relationships.
Jim provides the leadership of Miller Irrigation & Landscape Lighting. He ensures every phase of your project is handled professionally and installation practices are held to the highest standards in our industry.

Adrian Maldonado is the Irrigation Installation Manager. His responsibility is to manage the installations in an efficient, professional and complete manner. He will be your on-site contact from start to finish and will perform the Quality Walk Through with you upon completion of your project. Adrian started with us a service technician. His solid work ethic and his passion for getting done efficiently with a focus on quality led us to promote him to this key position with our company.

Ashley Whitt provides support to the irrigation and lighting sales and installation services of Miller Irrigation & Landscape Lighting as well as general customer service. She will schedule your estimate, and coordinate the installation of your project.
Michelle Harrison is our irrigation service manager. She oversees the scheduling desk at Miller Irrigation & Landscape Lighting and makes sure that the service department is running smoothly and efficiently.
